    CEOP Training and Internet Safety

Andy and Ann have completed the CEOP (Child Exploitation and Online Protection) Ambassador training.  They are able to provide workshops, training sessions and assemblies for staff, parents and pupils on the very important topic of mobile phone and internet safety.  The workshops have already been delivered in a West Sussex school where parents were grateful to have had the opportunity to find out more about online safety. We cannot emphasise strongly enough how important it is to be aware of the dangers and the precautions that should be taken to ensure children are safe when they are online.

If you would like us to deliver these workshops in your school please contact us at enquiries@practicalparentinguk.com

    Our Statement:
    Relax! Enjoy Your Children

    Our Aim:
To enable parents to improve their parenting skills and develop a positive approach to family life.

    Our Objective:
To provide advice, guidance, support and information for parents and adults working with children, helping them to understand children’s needs and enhance family life.

    Practical Parenting

We promote a common sense approach to parenting skills.   We start from the presumption  that all parents love their children and want the best for them.  Some parents may wish to learn more about parenting styles, children’s needs and family relationships.  We create the opportunity to reflect on what is going on in the home at the present time and lead discussions on behaviour management, coping with stress, building positive relationships and enhancing family life.   Our courses are relaxed, informative and non-judgemental.  We want parents to feel confident and empowered to make decisions that will contribute to the well-being of the whole family.
